Short version: I only collect what you send me through the contact form, I use it solely to reply to you, and I never sell or share it. Here are the details.
This site, underlaunch.io, is run by Dan (the “operator”). For anything privacy-related, email hello@underlaunch.io. I’m the data controller for the information described below under the EU/UK GDPR.
Only what you choose to give me in the contact form:
I don’t use analytics, advertising trackers, or profiling. The site sets no tracking cookies.
I use your details for one thing: to read your enquiry and reply to you. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before any potential agreement, and my legitimate interest in responding to people who reach out. If you email me directly, the same applies.
I keep your message only as long as needed to handle the conversation it started. If nothing comes of it, I delete it. You can ask me to delete it sooner at any time.

Under the GDPR you can ask me to: access a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. Just email me and I’ll handle it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
